  • Professional Photography:  Pictures need to showcase your home in it's best light.  I only use top photographers that don't just snap a picture, they take the time to make sure each photo is visually appealing.  Buyers assign a higher value to listings with great photos than listings with lower quality or dated photos.
  • Single Property Website: Each listing I take gets it's own Single Property Website to direct potential buyers to view and that can be shared vi email and on social media platforms.
  • Social Media - Both Organic & Paid Promotion:  All my listings are actively marketed on Social Media.  Both from my personal page and my business pages.  Sponsored/paid promotions are also subscribed to on my business pages (Kimberly Oleson-Realtor and Rancho La Quinta Homes 4 Sale).  All adds are geographically targeted to reach the demographic of the most likely buyer for the property.
  • Professionally Produced Television Spot:  All listings are given a 20 second or more featured spot on KCAL 9's Saturday Home Show along with a you tube video posted to my You Tube Channel (Desert Residential Realty) that can be used in connection with online advertising.
  • Print Advertisement:  All listings are featured in Coldwell Banker's proprietary direct mail magazine - The View which is distributed throughout Orange and Riverside Counties.
  • Virtual Property Tours:  A virtual tour of the property is given within days of the listing goes "live".  This is in lieu of a typical open house that we are temporarily unable to host due to Covid-19 restrictions.
